Job Description:
 
Responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of applications, workloads, and environments using Dynatrace technology.
 
This involves managing a team, planning and analyzing performance data, and collaborating with other teams to optimize performance.
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Team Leadership:
 
· Manage and mentor a team of performance engineers, providing guidance and support.
 
Performance Planning & Execution:
 
· Plan and execute performance tests, ensuring they align with business requirements.
 
Dynatrace Management:
 
· Install, configure, and manage the Dynatrace platform, including APM, to monitor application and infrastructure performance.
 
Performance Analysis:
 
· Analyze performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
 
· Work closely with development, operations, and support teams to optimize application performance.
 
Reporting & Dashboards:
 
· Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to effectively communicate performance metrics.
 
Continuous Improvement:
 
· Evaluate the effectiveness of the Dynatrace implementation and make recommendations for improvements.
 
Troubleshooting:
 
· Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues using Dynatrace tools.
 
Capacity Planning:
 
· Provide input on capacity planning for infrastructure and applications.
 
 
 
Skills & Qualifications:
 
Technical Expertise:
 
· Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools, programming languages (Java, Python, C++), and cloud environments (AWS).
 
Leadership & Communication:
 
· Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
 
· Ability to analyze performance data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
 
Experience with Dynatrace:
 
· Experience in Dynatrace administration, monitoring, and performance management.
 
ITIL, DevOps, SRE:
 
· Knowledge of ITIL processes, SRE practices is must
