Background Information
The procurement of Sr. Project Control Officers through Flextrack will support the modernization of Ontario Health's identity management system. This role will help ensure that the project meets business objectives within aggressive timelines by supporting select operational project tasks.
Must haves:
· 7+ years of experience in providing project coordination services
· 7+ years of experience in project management methodologies (Agile)
· 7+ years of experience in leading project documentation deliverables and reports
· 7+ years of experience with stakeholder relationship management
Responsibilities:
Assist team leads, project manager, and project team in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components. This includes:
· Collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
· Working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
· Scheduling and supporting meetings amongst stakeholders
· Monitoring project documentation repository and ensuring all documentation is maintained
Support product operations and transition activities, including:
· Supporting procurement and vendor management processes
· Supporting change management requests and release planning
· Supporting implementation and service request tickets
Desired Skills:
· Customer service and client relationship management skills are an asset
· Understanding of software development lifecycle is an asset
· Understanding of IAA (Identification, Authentication, Authorization) concepts is an asset

Deliverables:
· Project and Operations Coordination: Support communications and scheduling amongst partners ONE ID service integration/rollout and ONE ID 2.0 solution development
· Client Support: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to deliver ONE ID services. Address and/or triage issues on behalf of product SMEs
· Client Onboarding: Support the integration and/or modification of new client applications
· Documentation Support: Support development of key project-related (e.g. schedules, plans, minutes, logs) and operational (e.g. processes, trackers, plans) documentation.
· Reporting: Monitor, document, and communicate project deliverables and/or challenges to partners
· Request Management: Initiate, track, and coordinate operation and change requests and tickets
· Project Management: Support management of project risks, issues, and changes under the guidance of the Project Manager and/or Team Leads
Term: The term of two position is 251 Business Days each, with an option to extend for an additional 251 business days at Ontario Health's discretion. The resource will comply with Ontario Health policies and procedures. Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from Ontario Health.
Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid". The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.
Knowledge Transfer Details:
• The resource will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement. Some of this might occur at the end of the engagement but will also be shared as information is obtained/consolidated. Key deliverables will be shared with team.
• The resource must provide all related documentation as part of Knowledge transfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriate leads and signed off by manager/director.
• The resource will work collaboratively with the Ontario Health team throughout the assignment and ensure key deliverables, milestones, and documentation are shared.
• A walkthrough of any demos, development, etc. will be required before the end of the engagement.
