Ideal for professionals with a balance of functional and technical skills, and experience working within Agile or Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
 
Description

Deliverables for the 3 Sr. Oracle Cloud Specialists – Fusion Cloud:

An Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Contracts consultant is expected to deliver various outcomes and contributions throughout the project lifecycle. Some key deliverables include:

1. Business Requirements: Understanding and documenting the business requirements to configure Oracle Fusion Sourcing and contracts accordingly.

2. Mapping and Configuration: Setting up modules to align with the business processes and needs.

3. Implementation: Assisting in the implementation process, which involves data migration, testing, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

4. Training and Documentation: Providing training sessions and creating documentation according to oracle implementation methodology.


Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Skills and Competencies Required for the 3 Oracle Cloud Specialists – Fusion Cloud:

Mandatory Requirements: Hands-on experience with at least 3 full cycle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and procurement Contracts implementation.

1. Core Functional Skills:  50%

- Hands-on with at least 3-4 full cycle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and procurement Contracts implementation.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

- Experience in managing sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, Auctions).

- Experience in authoring, approving, and managing procurement contracts.

- Experience in Contract Terms Library, Clause Management, and Contract Fulfillment

- Experience in Supplier Management such as negotiations, evaluation processes etc.

- Experience in Approval workflow setup (BPM rules for sourcing and contracts)

- Strong knowledge in Integration with iSupplier Portal and Purchasing especially from Cloud to EBS.

- Knowledge of related modules like Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, and Supplier Qualification Management.

2. Technical skills: 30%

- Understanding of security roles and permissions to ensure proper access control and data security.

- Understanding of integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with Oracle EBS, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Experience in technical enhancements to fusion cloud including reports and interfaces.

3. Project Management: 20%

- Ability to work, manage and prioritize tasks effectively, work within project timelines and provide status update.

- Experience in Agile or waterfall delivery experience.
