Join our team as a Product Analyst supporting FCC’s modernization of legacy ETL jobs using AWS technologies and DataVault 2.0. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into testable data requirements and high-quality solutions. This hybrid role involves Agile participation, backlog management, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and experience with tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, or AWS. A background in finance or marketing and a customer-focused mindset are valuable. Responsibilities:

● Working within a data team to modernize FCC's legacy ETL jobs utilizing AWS
technologies and DataVault 2.0
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements,
user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Translate complex business processes into clear, testable data requirements
● Partner with ETL and BI developers to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and
retrospectives.
● Support backlog grooming and prioritization in collaboration with the Product Owner.
● Contribute to data quality, governance, and observability efforts.
● Facilitate demos and feedback loops with stakeholders.
● Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
● Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
● Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Required Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or
an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Experience working in Agile teams, ideally in a data or analytics context.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical
audiences.
● Exposure to data tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or AWS Glue/Redshift is an
asset.
● A customer-centric mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
● Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
● Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships
with key stakeholders

● Financial Institutional Experience
