Job Title:              Principal Consultant – Confluence Consultant Migration Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Assessment of the applications, infrastructure, and dependencies. –
• Developing migration plan outlining tasks, timelines, risk mitigation strategies.
• Provision the target environment including servers, databases, network configurations, authentication configurations, and security settings.
• Install and configure necessary software and tools for the migration process. Confluence or any tool integration and migration; t
• Application/DB upgrades/installation
• Develop scripts or use migration tools to extract, transform, and load data into the target environment.
• Coordinate all activities pertaining to migration with the incumbent/source Application owner(s).
• Migrate applications, configurations, and customizations.
• Migrate applications to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Good understanding of ITIL Framework
• Experience in Handling Incident / Service / Change / Problem Management
• Communicating with the customer regularly for providing status updates, timely reports
• Working with the customers for user management and training
• Facilitating calls with the customer, end user, implementation teams as and when required
• Analyze any complications, facilitating calls with the respective solution team and drive towards fix.
• Provide training and support to users and administrators on using and managing applications in the new environment.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and procedures
• Suggest & implement best practices.
• Strong knowledge in Confluence
• Strong knowledge in Migration
• Hands on experience in Data Migration
• Strong knowledge on Postgress, Mysql
• Strong knowledge on Data Migration Tools
• Good understanding on ITIL Framework
• Sound knowledge on AWS
• Should be well versed in scripting

Qualifications / Skills:-
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Good IT experience
Good Experience on Azure Administration

Preferred qualifications / Skills:
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
