Join our team as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of critical network infrastructure. In this role, you’ll proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Responsibilities include real-time incident response, traffic analysis, and coordinating with support and security teams to maintain network reliability. You’ll also assist with routine maintenance and updates across devices. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds, and hold certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CISSP, with strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, and routing protocols.

Education:

- Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network traffic and performance 24/7, identifying and troubleshooting network issues proactively.

- Provide real-time alerts and responses to network outages, ensuring minimal disruption.

- Ensure network performance optimization by constantly reviewing traffic patterns and system health.

- Work closely with the network support and security teams to resolve issues and prevent network failures.

- Assist in the implementation of routine maintenance tasks like firmware and software updates for networking equipment.
Qualifications:

- Experience in monitoring and managing network systems in a 24/7 NOC environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to advanced network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.

- Understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and routing protocols.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
