We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee testing, performance, and compliance for high-impact IT and web projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in both functional and non-functional testing, particularly within public-sector environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Certifications: ISTQB Test Manager or Certified Agile Tester

Experience:

• 7–10 years in QA/testing across diverse web-based projects

• Proficiency in performance testing, regression suite management, and automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Cypress

• Strong background in public-sector compliance testing and accessible design validation to meet regulatory standards

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing strategies, from planning to execution and reporting

• Oversee performance and load testing to ensure optimal application stability

• Ensure compliance with accessibility and government design standards
