Junior AD Technician

We are seeking a Junior AD Technician to support daily identity and access management operations, focusing on Active Directory, ticket resolution, and documentation updates. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Windows environments, with experience supporting helpdesk functions in government or healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and resolve AD-related support tickets

  • Assist with user provisioning and standard access issues

  • Maintain and update documentation using Confluence and Microsoft Office tools

  • Support daily compliance checks and KPI reporting

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

  • MTA: Networking Fundamentals

  • 3+ years of experience in helpdesk and access management roles

  • Familiarity with ADUC, PowerShell basics, and ticketing systems (JIRA/ADO)
