Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for the cab design program across cash crop high and 4WD tractor platforms, including launch phase support and issue resolution.
Lead the design process from concept initiation to final production for the new cab.
Track and resolve issues related to design and production phases.

Interior, Plastic, surface, plastic injection

Experience Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience with agricultural cab design.
Extensive experience with plastics, interiors, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision, including launch support and troubleshooting.
