Understanding of Lean tools and expertise in PDCA (Plan Do Check Act), used for iterative problem-solving and process refinement. 3. Deep understanding of guiding business to document ROI. 4. Experience in crafting research plans, white papers and synthesizing research outcome reports. 5.
