Job Description:

Scope of Work:

• Define business and technological requirements, consults with product owner, subject matter experts, BIT, and approved vendor 3CLogic.

• Lead and coordinate efforts of development team and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented successfully.

• Ensures project governance and monitoring controls are in place.

• Responsible to ensure project design, development, and implementation are on time and budget.

• Mentor state personnel in project management and over time potentially train state resources to take over this function.

• Implement entire project.

• Provide training for Managers.

• Coordinate and assist in facilitating vendor led training of staff.
