We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in managing software implementation and enterprise-level projects using Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, or hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate will oversee full project lifecycles from planning through execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Agile, Waterfall, and/or Iterative projects, especially hybrid approaches

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope, risk, change management, and issue resolution

• Oversee implementation of custom software, COTS, and SaaS solutions

• Manage projects using a project and strategic portfolio management application (e.g., MS Project, Planview, DevOps)

• Handle multiple concurrent projects with the ability to prioritize and escalate as needed

• Facilitate decision-making and collaboration across business and technical teams

• Communicate project status, decisions, and updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively

• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and promote a collaborative team environment

• Apply customer service principles including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving

• Manage procurement processes and vendor coordination as needed

• Provide knowledge transfer to ensure continuity in work and project ownership

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PMBoK principles and Agile best practices

• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience managing software implementation projects (custom, COTS, SaaS)

• Proven track record with large-scale data migration and system integration projects

• Proficient in project portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, DevOps)

• Skilled in project cost management, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and team leadership

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and motivate others effectively

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
