• Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Facilitate feedback sessions with WCB stakeholders and clients.
• Build design systems and visual style guide aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Certifications:

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Adobe XD or Figma Professional Certification
• IAAP CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies)
