Responsibilities: 

● Design and implement enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions. 

● Develop governance strategies and security policies for Microsoft 365 services. 

● Oversee the deployment and customization of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Exchange Online. 

● Ensure compliance with security best practices, including Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies. 

● Lead migration projects from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud environments. 

● Define information architecture and governance strategies for document management and collaboration. 

● Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with third-party enterprise applications. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 

● 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 solutions architecture and implementation. 

● Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD). 

● Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365 integration). ● Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. 

● Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center, and Endpoint Manager.

● Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and governance policies. 

Certifications (Preferred): 

● Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert 

● Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals ● Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
