Project Description:
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of
healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication
technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and
communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Skill and Experience:
1. 10 years’ experience in a business analyst role supporting information system
implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include
documenting customer requirements, developing workflow, and performing gap analysis
between the current and future states. The response should include at least 3 examples
including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example
must include the implementation of dictation and voice recognition solutions in a
healthcare environment.
2. 8 years’ experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit healthcare systems
requirements. Experience should include use case and workflow development in
addition to patient care journey mapping. The response should include at least 3
examples including duration of the project or work that should total at least 8 years. At
least 1 example should be from a community health environment.
3. 5 years’ experience as a business analysis team manager or a business analysis lead in
a healthcare setting. Experience should include coaching team members and
determining analysis deliverables and their content. The response should include at
least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that should total at least 5
years.
4. 3 years’ experience working with or implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a
healthcare setting including patient registration and clinical documentation functionality.
The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work

5. 2 years’ experience analyzing and transforming healthcare services aimed at purchasing
and maintaining clinical equipment. Experience should include developing roadmaps for
the service transformation in addition to eliciting requirements about the technology. The

6. 3 years’ experience journey mapping end-to-end patient care workflows including
