The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of managing large-scale projects in Agile environments, with a particular focus on public-sector technology delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management, or related field

• Experience: 12+ years managing IT projects within Agile frameworks, including 5+ years delivering solutions for municipalities and government departments

• Certifications: Agile methodologies (Scrum), Earned Value Management, and proficiency with PMP-level governance frameworks

Core Competencies:

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors

• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk/issue mitigation

• Strong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve scope, schedule, and quality targets
