Job Responsibilities for Presales Analyst L2 - State:
● Creating analysis documents like Gate 0 synopsis, SWOT analysis, scope comparison, gap analysis etc.
● Evaluate the feasibility and fit of opportunities based on company strengths, competition, and client needs.
● Help management in maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
● Finding events, events registrations and attending events public sector conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and develop partnerships.
● Data mining, finding relevant teaming partners and previous incumbents or contractors etc.
● Reaching out to the teaming partners for teaming arrangements via emails, linkedin or phone calls and sending follow ups regularly.
● Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with SLED clients while adhering to legal and policy constraints.
● Assist management in preparing in teaming agreements/NDA’s and getting relevant documents signed from management.
● Collaborate with technology or service partners when crafting joint proposals.
● Identify and mitigate potential risks during the capture process, including legal, financial, and operational risks and convey them to the proposal manager and presales manager prior to proposal writing phase.
● Help proposal managers in resolving their queries and help them in preparing proposal compliance
matrix if required.
● Get contract documents signed after the award.
