Sr. Business Systems Analyst – FICO
Job Description
We looking for an experienced SAP functional analyst in the FICO (Finance/Costing) area. The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, creating Configuration/Security objects, testing processes, training users, and implementing the solution

Job Responsibilities
• Utilize and support SAP CO module: CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA
• Responsible for SAP FICO configuration and RICEF objects
• Conduct conceptual and detailed design (blueprint) activities against project requirements and deliver a detailed solution design document within FICO modules covering all required aspects
• Understand the integration and relationship between SAP modules to be a key resource for projects originating outside of the FICO team
• Support CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, and CO-PA with additional assistance on any of the following FI-related functions such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA
• Drive business processes, discussions, and solutions regarding FI and CO- Product Costing
• Responsible for components, result analysis, costing sheets, and costing variants
• Support end to end process within Project Systems
• Support end to end-to-end process of Procure to Pay cycle which includes material management
• Support end-to-end process of Production/Planned orders for both Make to Order and Make to Stock scenarios
• Utilize Tax Engine integration (US, GST, and VAT), in particular, TaxWare
• Mentors and develops more junior team members within FICO modules in technical/process areas
• Participate in system and application upgrades, enhancements, and resolutions.

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with FICO and significant experience in CO inclusive of CO-PA
Required Qualifications
• Familiar with ECC 6.0 (EHP8 SPS4)
• Experience with S4/HANA is not a requirement; however, it is a plus
• IT experience specifically in business process analysis and design
• Strong business acumen and business process knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses good organizational and time management skills
