The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years leading identity and access management (IAM) projects in the public sector.

Key Qualifications:
PMP® and ITIL® v4 Foundation certified
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Strong experience in SLA tracking, documentation review, and cross-functional team coordination
Excellent leadership and escalation management skills
