Promote/Sell Products & Services: Educate customers on offerings and close sales opportunities.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide professional, patient, and efficient phone support.
Process Orders & Requests: Negotiate and complete save/service orders accurately.
Resolve Customer Needs: Offer tailored solutions based on product/service requirements.
Communicate Fees & Adjustments: Clearly explain pricing, discounts, and policy details.
Follow Call Flows: Adhere to structured guidelines to optimize customer interactions.
12+ months in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
Persuasive communication and active listening skills.
Ability to negotiate, upsell, and resolve conflicts tactfully.
Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in retail sales, telecom, or subscription services.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
