• 4am start time, focus on inventory (and warehouse but a big focus on inventory) responsibilities, 4 direct reports (1 inventory coordinator, 3 forklift operators)
• Shipping and receiving as well
• Looking for; inventory and people leadership experience
• 73,000-75,000 + 5% STIP
• Memphis is starting to stabilize, building in better condition and improving, warehouse transformation beginning in march
