Join our team as a Salesforce Solution Developer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of modern, AODA-compliant CRM solutions. In this hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote), you'll apply your hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Dynamic Forms, and Vlocity platform tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, LWC) to deliver scalable, integrated systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support UAT, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with Agile methodology and accessibility standards. NOTE

Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" and consultants will be required to work onsite at the work location 3 days a week and 2 days from home. The details of this arrangement will be confirmed with the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Accessibility standards are met (AODA)
  • Design of hosting technology solutions based on the client’s service specifications, standards, policies, best practices
  • Planning, implementing and supporting complex CRM systems
  • Documenting processes and technical designs and updating build books
  • Configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
  • Ensure development of application solution is implemented and in accordance with the business requirements
  • Designing, developing, and implementing web applications that work across modern browsers and various platforms and mobile devices
  • Conducting research and assessment of options for technical design issues
  • Contributing to design/development project plans, including work breakdown and resources estimates
  • Ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements
  • Support User acceptance testing, defect management
  • Ensuring compliance with architecture framework and system standards, and Agile Development Methodology
  • Leading-edge technologies, design criteria including usability, security, and privacy for web and mobile applications
  • Knowledge transfer and documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager and Manager
  • Developing and maintaining system design models, program codes, technical documentation, and specifications
  • Ensure development of application solution is implemented and in accordance with the business requirements.

Salesforce Experience 

·5+ years of experience (including recent experience) solutioning and hands-on configuring in Salesforce 

·Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 

·Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer 

·Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant 

·Salesforce Certified Administrator 

·3+ years experience with LWC
