Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including design, build, hosting, UAT, go-live, and support.
• Manage project scope, resources, budget, risk, and schedule.
• Facilitate regular meetings, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with WCB-assigned PM to align on delivery expectations.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure adherence to WCB policies and timelines.

Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP
• ITIL Foundation (for managing support transition)
