Executive Assistant Assignment

Job Description:

This is a short term temporary assignment. The Executive Assistant under the Executive Programs and Grants Administration (EPGA) unit is responsible for leading the Administrative Team and the management/maintenance of daily and critical tasks for the unit Director and other assigned key personnel. This includes gathering, analysing, and compiling information on projects/initiatives, managing information flow with 10 operating teams in a timely and accurate manner, managing calendars/meetings /email requests, summarising reports, tracking/monitoring active/pending tasks, attending meetings/webinars on behalf of the unit Director as requested, and other duties as assigned by the Director.

 

Qualifications:

A superior level of attention to  detail and task management is required. Prior direct support for a mid-high executive is strongly preferred.
