Duck Creek Claims Integrator Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Customize and extend Duck Creek Claims components to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integration interfaces between Duck Creek Claims and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
  • Stay current with Duck Creek technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with Duck Creek Claims integration and development.
  • Strong understanding of Duck Creek Claims architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and SQL.
  • Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry processes and standards.
  • Certification in Duck Creek Technologies or related areas.
