Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Customize and extend Duck Creek Claims components to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces between Duck Creek Claims and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
- Stay current with Duck Creek technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Duck Creek Claims integration and development.
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek Claims architecture and components.
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and SQL.
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes and standards.
- Certification in Duck Creek Technologies or related areas.
