SUMMARY
Join our team as a Senior QA Specialist supporting Digital Health initiatives aimed at transforming healthcare delivery through innovative IT solutions. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) involves leading quality assurance efforts for complex software systems, with a focus on test strategy, automation, and process improvement. Candidates must have hands-on experience in GUI and system integration testing, and bring a strong background in healthcare IT projects, including Allscripts configuration, clinical information systems, and government project environments. Required certifications include Allscripts/Altera, Prosci Change Management, and PRINCE2. Proven experience in clinical process standardization and PROCURA mobile software implementation is essential.
 
Project Description:
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of
healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication
technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and
communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Preferred Experience: Please ensure that the candidate has 2 to 3 years of prior experience
working on government projects or within a government environment.

1. Valid Certificate in Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) ADT or Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) Clinical
Documentation application configuration. Proof of the certification shall be provided with
the response
2. Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be
provided with the response.
3. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Proof of the
certification shall be provided with the response.
Skill and Experience
1. 10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting digital information system
implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include
documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the
capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration
of the project or work that total at least 10 years
2. 7 years’ experience in a business analysis role implementing information system
projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include documenting customer
requirements from clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 2
examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years
3. 3 years’ experience implementing standardized clinical and operational processes on a
provincial scale. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of
the project or work that totals at least 3 years
4. 2 years’ experience performing configuration and set-up on the Allscripts suite of
healthcare information system products. The response should include at least 1
example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.
5. 3 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate
long-term or homecare patient registration. The response should include at least 1
example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years
6. 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
