Application Support Analysts

Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and high user satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in enterprise application administration and support

  • Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise platforms (e.g., Eden, Central Square TrakIT, Hylands OnBase, Tyler Cashiering, AIMS)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for application, configuration, and data issues

  • Experience with Crystal Reports or SSRS for report modifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Desired Skills:

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification

  • Vendor certifications in Eden, Hylands OnBase, or other relevant platforms

  • Experience with application upgrades, testing, and validation
