• Support the current backlog of work and FTE vacancy on the
• HB/Claims Team.
• Day-to-Day ticket resolution
• Colloborate with Operational owners and prioritize workload

Collaborate, prioritize and mentor HIT support staff on pending and complex issues

Qualifications: 3yrs support production support in an Epic Hospital Billing environment

Education & Experience: Epic certs listed above

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Statements, DNB's, Client Billing, Correctional Health. Ability to assess complex claims logic and work with 3rd party clearinghouse Experian
