Description

Deliverable: Provide operational and project support for Active Directory, Azure AD and related services, such as ADFS/WAP, RMS, AAD Connect, WINS, Hyper-V.

Responsibilities:

• Participate as member of the Operational Support team in order to Provide Incident, Service and Change management support. 
• Participate and member of various project teams to provide support and advise.
• Monitor and maintain supported systems.  
• Assist in troubleshooting outages and application issues. 
• Provide after hours support as required.

Evaluation Breakdown

1. Knowledge of Enterprise Active Directory and related technologies - 25%

Parameters:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and related technologies, such as AD, ADFS/WAP, AAD Connect, Azure AD, WINS, DNS, in a multi-domain/multi-forest configuration.

2. Experience working on a team within a large ITIL based organization - 25%

Parameters:

• Demonstrate experience processing Incident/Problem and Change Management requests in a large ITIL based organization.
• Responding to major incidents and following process and procedure.
