Description (including, but not limited to): We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Mobile Deployment Technician. As part of our IT team, you will help with mobile device refreshes and replacements, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects. You will upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolving any difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
