Position Overview

Project Manager to manage the development of MRPC products.  The candidate will support the execution of product development for both sustaining and new product development.

Candidate would work as part of a highly integrated, very experienced team, in a dynamic environment that may occasionally involve working on more than one project simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Schedule Management of Project activities

  • Creation of tasks and work packages for both internal and external testing efforts
  • Support Program Management in creation of high-level program schedule
  • Maintain project schedules and provide status to Program Management
  • Support Program Management in creation of high-level program schedule
  • Track and Drive tasks to completion
  • Manage risks associated with testing that may affect project schedule
  • Ensure that test equipment is prepared and available for upcoming test activities

Manage External partners

  • Engage with external partners to set up and execute project development
  • Facilitate continuous communication between internal and external partners
  • Identify needs and facilitate solutions to maintain project progress

Desired Education & Experience Level

  • Technical or university degree preferred.
  • Desired work experience is 4 or more years.

 

Desired Specific Skills & Experience

A Must:

  • Previous project management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with a typical product development process
  • Ability to work with Technical Cross Functional Team(s) to understand requirements and impacts on product development.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fluid product development environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be onsite in the Orlando facility for minimum of 3 days per week.

Highly Desired:

  • Previous medical device product development experience.
  • Scrum board action and issue tracking.
  • Working Knowledge of Azure Devops.
