This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it. This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects usingServiceNow. The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skillsalong with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design acomplex solution to meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highlydesired. 


Experience required:
  • Experience withServiceNow development and/or administration
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)

  • Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
