Job Title: GRC Analyst

Overview:
BuzzClan is seeking a junior GRC Analyst with over 2 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools, as well as familiarity with Hitrust and SOC 2 audits. This role is crucial for ensuring our client's adherence to regulatory standards and effective risk management practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to provide guidance on compliance and security assessments.
  • Conduct security and compliance assessments for new and existing systems and processes.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Hitrust and SOC 2 standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of GRC policies and procedures.
  • Participate in vendor risk assessments and due diligence processes.
  • Help coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses to findings.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in GRC.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using GRC tools.
  • Understanding of Hitrust and SOC 2 audit processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP) are a plus.
