ENSURE TEAM FOLLOWS SCRUM FRAMEWORK AND AGILE PRINCIPLES. • PROMOTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH RETROSPECTIVE AND FEEDBACK SESSIONS. • COMMUNICATE PROJECT STATUS, RISKS, AND ISSUES TO STAKEHOLDERS. • TRACK KPIS AND HELP TEAMS DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS/SOLUTIONS ON TIME Required Skills • MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SCRUM MASTER • 3 YEARS AZURE DEVOPS EXPERIENCE • GENERAL CONCEPTUAL UNDERSTANDING OF PROGRAMMING AND DB QUERYING.
