Position Overview: BuzzClan is looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, particularly within Azure environments, and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing data pipelines and scripts. The role requires proficiency in SQL, experience with Azure DevOps, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, maintain, and improve ETL processes to ensure efficient and accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading. 
● Enhance existing SQL scripts and procedures to optimize data workflows and ensure data quality.
● Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement data solutions.
● Support data operations, ensuring that data is processed securely and efficiently.
● Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
● Implement and manage secure data transfer processes using SFTP and MFT.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data operations, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
● Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on project progress.
● Proficiency in Pything is good to have
Qualifications:
● 4-6 years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on ETL processes and Azure environments.
● Strong SQL scripting skills, with experience in Azure SQL Server.
● Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure DevOps.
● Experience with SFTP and MFT services.
● Familiarity with data quality management and governance principles.
● Experience working in an Agile environment.
● Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
● Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
● Experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus.
