Designs, develops, and integrates the ServiceNow ITSM platform and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, ensuring seamless functionality with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other systems. Configures workflows, automates processes, and supports testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, and Configuration Management (CMDB).
Build up to 12 Service Catalog items (4 low, 4 medium, 4 high complexity, including onboarding workflows).
Develop and validate unidirectional and bidirectional integrations with real-time data exchange (e.g., with MOVERS).
Configure and validate ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for infrastructure visibility.
Develop automated test scripts (ATF) for ITSM submissions and fulfillment processes.
Build IGA integrations with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and optionally, mainframe/AS400 systems.
Create a minimum of 200 ServiceNow workflows for IGA, including birthright provisioning and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
Conduct unit testing and resolve defects found during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage configuration deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Ensure compliance with U.S. data residency, security, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience configuring and building IAM/IGA solutions at enterprise scale.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Workflows, PowerShell, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and RBAC.
Experience with the ITIL 4 framework and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Familiarity with mainframe/AS400 systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Availability for a 40-hour work week with state-approved time off.
