The shelf life will be responsible for executing product shelf life testing/packaging compatibility stability testing under direction of shelf life lead/category leads. This role will entail timely execution of each of the following:
• Initiating shelf life/stability studies
• Scheduling team organoleptic benchtops at designated shelf life markers
• Executing team organoleptic benchtops
• Capturing team commentary in designated databases
• Submitting samples for concurrent analytical chemistry through LIMS portal
• Coordinating shelf life product logistics with product development/packaging project leads

Skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with good manufacturing processes, sanitary food preparation
• Experienced in a laboratory setting desired
• Ability to maintain schedule, and attend to small details
• Ability to identify and raise issues to supervisor
