The Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Senior Developer will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintaining of technical solutions in Oracle CC&B. The candidate will both have a production support role and will also be supporting related needs for Capital Projects. The candidate will work closely with the functional team to understand the business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver a high-quality solution.

• Oracle Customer Care and Billing Certification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master Degree preferred. 

• Minimum of 10 years experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application

• Strong proficiency in design and development of Oracle CC&B Customizations: Batch, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services. 

• Strong proficiency in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL. 

• Experience in Hibernate Framework, Weblogic Server, and Scripting Languages (Perl/Shell/Ant). 

• Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. 

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Gitlab 

• Knowledge of Enterprise Schedulers: Cisco TIDAL or similar applications 

• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
