We are seeking a Performance & Resiliency Testing Engineer with 8+ years of hands- on
experience in performance engineering, resiliency testing, and enterprise-grade
optimization. This role demands expertise in performance testing tools (LoadRunner,
JMeter), observability platforms (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), and resilience validation
strategies such as CL0 validation and support for audit initiatives (e.g., Audit issue IS - 17556).
You will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, enhancing system
reliability, and ensuring operational stability across containerized environments and
cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Engineering & Observability
 Design, execute, and maintain performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, or
similar tools.
 Identify application bottlenecks and optimize performance with
recommendations.
 Leverage APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) for end-to-end
monitoring and root cause analysis.
Resiliency Testing & Audit Support
 Perform resiliency validation using frameworks like CL0 testing to ensure
application robustness during outages and failovers.
 Contribute to audit support and remediation, specifically addressing issues like
IS - 17556.
 Lead and support operational resiliency efforts across platforms, ensuring enterprise-
grade uptime and recovery preparedness.
Cloud & Containerization
 Execute performance/resiliency testing in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
environments.
 Align testing strategies with cloud-native architectures and microservices best
practices.
CI/CD Integration & Agile Collaboration
 Integrate performance and resiliency validation in CI/CD pipelines.
 Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/DevOps teams to embed performance KPIs
within sprint goals.
 Participate in backlog grooming and iteration planning for system capability
assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 8+ years in performance engineering and testing roles.
 Proficient with LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic,
AppDynamics).
 Experience in resiliency testing, CL0 validation, and incident/audit support.
 Familiar with container and orchestration platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and
OpenShift.
 Good understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps practices.
 Experience in Golang, Python, Java, or JavaScript development.
 Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks, PLM, and audit compliance.
 Proven track record in driving performance innovation across large-scale
systems.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
