We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Agile Product Owner to lead initiatives in Product and Material Master Data, with a strong focus on SAP and GDSN integration. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and driving business value through agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog for master data domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and stakeholder needs.
Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development efforts.
Drive data quality, governance, and compliance across SAP and GDSN platforms.
Collaborate with IT, supply chain, commercial, and data governance teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of product and material data.
Serve as a key communicator and change agent, influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through transformation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data (MDG, MM) and GDSN standards.
Proven success as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of data governance, synchronization, and enterprise data architecture.
Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
