FP and A - Assistant Manager

About the Role: 
We are seeking a FP&  A ~ Assistant Manager with a good knowledge of GAAP (India & USA) and strong knowledge in financial planning. This role involves overseeing financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while driving strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. GAAP & General Accounting – USA & India:
  • Ensure financial statements and reports comply with US GAAP and company policies.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.
  • Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and investment analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / CFA, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning, and GAAP knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger management, and budgeting.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Quick Books & Zoho Finance, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
