Job Descriptions:
Under constant supervision of provider ensures proper documentation of patient information, as obtained during the patient-provider visit, in the electronic medical record.
Essential Functions:
Scribing
• Accompanies provider in room during the visit.
• Document information in the EMR to include history of present illness, review of symptoms, physical exam findings, diagnostic assessment, and plan of care as dictated by provider.

Clerical
Performs general clerical duties necessary to support provider’s office practice. Works in conjunction with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office

Customer/Peer Relations
Performs duties and responsibilities to support internal and external compliance standards. Exhibits LifeBridge Health exemplary customer service standards and expectations in all aspects of work.

Quality Control
Performs duties in compliance with departmental policies and procedures promoting patient and employee safety. Ensures quality control of all in office laboratory processes and equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Knowledge: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills.

Education Discipline: Degree or HS Diploma not required.
Experience: 1-3 years

Physical Demands and Working Environment
Physical Demands:
