Summary:
Responsible for overseeing application support and enhancement services for approximately 80 enterprise applications. Acts as the main liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with IT standards, and high-quality outcomes. Manages multiple COTS systems, cross-functional teams, and project timelines.
Required Skills:
10+ years in IT application support/management
5+ years managing large, multi-application environments
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS)
Strong knowledge of the COTS application lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Desired Skills:
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Database Administrator Associate certification
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
