Proficiency in ETL Tools: Experience with tools like Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory, and other ETL software is crucial.
SQL and Database Management: Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
