Position Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Salem, Oregon

Duration: 13 week

Pay : $55/hr 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and mobility.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  3. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery and improve physical function.
  4. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and techniques for self-management and injury prevention.
  5. Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by state licensure boards and professional organizations, such as the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  2. Valid state licensure as a physical therapist in Oregon.
