Management Analyst I

Job Description:

The Management Analyst I  is responsible for managing and overseeing the quality of paper-based Consumer Reporting Forms (CRFs) submitted by DSAMH providers. This position conducts quality checks on CRF submissions, communicates with providers regarding the accuracy and timeliness of their submissions, and ensures proper filling and maintenance of paper submissions. Additionally, the Management Analyst I monitors data entry from the Management Analyst I and oversees the archival of paper CRF submissions.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; An associates in Public Administration, Data Management, Health Information, Social Services or a related field is preferred;

Minimum of 1 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support in a healthcare, behavioural health, or social services setting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Familiarity with data management systems or similar client record databases; Strong verbal and written communications skills.
