This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of IT initiatives, with a special focus on public-sector and civic technology projects.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

Experience:

• 10+ years serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile delivery across multiple teams

• Minimum 2 years leading public-sector or civic IT teams with an understanding of government delivery environments

Core Competencies:

• Expert in Agile facilitation and fostering continuous improvement

• Skilled in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and tracking delivery metrics

• Proactive in removing impediments and ensuring teams remain focused on priorities
