We are looking for a Team Lead with hands-on expertise in Active Directory provisioning, Microsoft 365 administration, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day identity lifecycle operations, manage user and group provisioning, and ensure security best practices in an enterprise Windows/Exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing tasks for user accounts, mailboxes, groups, and distribution lists

  • Handle group memberships and permissions across Microsoft 365 services

  • Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts, change logs, and automation repositories

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

  • CompTIA Security+

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments focused on identity and messaging management
