Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Siebel Development Skills - 40 %
 Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing
Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset

Report Development Skills - 35%
Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing
Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams Demonstrated ability to participate in a large teams and work closely with other individual team members

Public Sector Experience- 5%
Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
