Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the PLANET team, supporting projects such as MFA implementation, ArcMAP upgrades, and Red Hat migrations. You'll oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with SNB’s Project Management Framework. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage post-implementation changes. Based in Brookside Place, NB, the position includes occasional telework under special circumstances. Ideal candidates have experience in enterprise project management and business analysis. This contract runs from May 8, 2025, to May 7, 2026.

1.     Background

The purpose of this request is to engage a Senior Project Manager to lead PLANET initiatives. The PLANET team works to support various initiatives like MFA, ArcMAP upgrade, Redhat upgrade to name a few. The PM would provide project management to all existing and future PLANET projects identified during the duration of the contract.

Duration: May 8, 2025 to May 7, 2026.

Service New Brunswick (SNB) requires a single Senior Project Manager (PM3) for the project described above. The successful proponent will function as a project manager and, as circumstances dictate, a business analyst to produce the deliverables described in Section 11.

The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:

  • Completion of deliverables as per the SNB Project Management Framework. Specific deliverables to be completed will be determined with each project.
  • Participation in the resolution of post-implementation defects and change requests associated with the project in scope for the engagement.

Vendors are requested to include references as per the table included within the Vendor Response Matrix.  References may be contacted to validate information provided in the Vendor’s response.  In the event a poor reference is received, or in the event references provide information that is different than the information provided in the Vendor’s response, we reserve the right to disqualify the Vendor’s response from further consideration or negatively impact the scoring for Section 4.

 

 

If SNB is unable to reach the reference(s) provided, or if references are not provided with the response, SNB reserves the right to disqualify the Vendor’s response from further consideration.
 

The successful candidate is requested for the duration of the engagement with SNB in Brookside Place, NB. SNB will provide office space with access to pertinent information and resources for the duration of the engagement.

 

Occasional teleworking may be an option for the incumbent but only when due to special circumstances (IE inclement weather, COVID related change to workplace occurs,  etc.).  SNB reserves the right for the project management team to solely grant or deny the ability to telework and any schedules related to teleworking.
